- Nate: Follow up with Dac later this week about how we can get Junior merch produced for 2025
- phone tag for 3+ weeks, whoops. Nate will corner him soon.
- Get a rough count of how many stickers and patches we have left
- Jared couldn’t find them. We should order more if they’re gone
- They’re supposed to be in the STOPS cabinet (which has been condensed to a tote)
- Drop-dead for a patch reorder is 2 months pre-event (1 event was a favor, rush order)
- Stickers have a 48 hour turnaround time with vendor Sarah uses

- Org thinks they can support up to 200 badges for external groups, but still figuring out the who, when, why, what kind of participation. Would stagger them on different days.
