Booth manager role - hard to keep eyes on both sides.

There’s some split training ( MIVS check in and check out, when an IA )

May benefit from a manager role who is trained on both areas.

Specifically call out booth manager role w/ extra training at the start.

Walk-ons training from for folks from STOPS

Overnight would benefit largely from having a manager for both sides that is knowledgeable for their respective side.

One additional slot for dev support ( staffing #s )

( May need a review of “busy hours” + staffing support needs )

( Early AM shifts? ) ( saturday early morning )

Handbook language - encourage shifts?

Limit hall access to devs?

Can edit handbook to message that “hall access is really only needed for Thursday load in.”

When requesting dev badges - ask for development role in the credits.

What can we do to replace the obelisk?
