• Judging is underway

  • all but 13 games have 6 judges
  • Kotey had one judge ask if there’s extra credit for doing extra games
    • just our undying love, but maybe we should add something little like a sticker?

• Quick check in about Preflight since people were absent last week

  • Should we start limiting number of submissions? Is this where we start charging?
  • Maybe we change our language to their main 1-2 games
  • In the past we’ve offered a second booth if they got 2 games in, but realistically

  • High scores (7+ range so far)
  • How many games do we feel is the top end that we can support? (65 rooms possible)
  • We have to release rooms back to the public in December...
  • Do we want a final "drop date" for games to ease the burden?
    • Consequence for dropping after the final drop date (i.e. Jan 10th) - are those different than consequences for at-event drops?
      • Exceptions? (birth of a child/violent food poisoning)
    • Hot-load still relevant?
    • Pull from Quickplay who actively show up and may want to have longer hours?
    • possibly turn abandoned spaces into long-term quickplay table?
    • maybe more quickplay tables for potential?
    • Change the quickplay times to more than 2x hrs?

  • Kotey’s artwork for the digital participation badge is done and looks awesome! We can use it for other things
  • Judges “requesting access” for games in Drive compromises the anonymity

  • Lauren: Email RA RA BOOM and Fine Work to have them change their access to public or password protected by Tuesday or else will have to be removed from judging
  • Lauren: Remove judges from RA RA BOOM and Fine Work until access changes are made
  • Lauren: Follow up with Marc re: broken links etc. to see if he needs help emailing
