• We will have a retrospective after MAGFest about what to do better for next year. Please take notes as we continue on so we don't forget things that need fixing.

The Tronster Agenda

• BIG: Layouts. Pre-draft right now. Mivs in Expo Hall C, storage area. Either: MIVS Shift into center to back, something inbetween us and artemis. (Battlepods?) Artemis is aware of the noise made.  OR: Same as last year, Artemis moved upstairs, MAGFest Merch in it's place.  Please hold on department cross-talk until draft.

2. BIG: Have Indie event in club on top floor - STILL IN THE WORKS, Trying to make it happen. Ticketed event?
3. Hit up Mediatron Earlier rather than later, stay on for inital video, also awards show or interviews. Keep on it!
4. Talks about Security are ongoing.

MAGCon

• Emails for it have gone out. Sign-up for hotels if you're planning on staying saturday.
• We should have MIVS focus beforehand, optimize our time there by listing who we need to talk to beforehand.
• Twitch streamed MAGCon last year if you can't attend.

• Making Shader Effects for it. Waiting for Round 2

Versus Liason - Nate

• Pending for indies acceptance. Requirements are coming.

Judges - Lexi

• Submissions pushed back to Oct 9th.
• Submission deadline Pushed back due to technical issues to the 9th.
• Assign games to pre-flight team on 9th.
• Pre-flight would be great to do ASAP

Volunteer - Kat

• Creating schedule for volunteers.
• Talks with Consoles about security.

Homebrew - Nick

• Not attending.
• Box game received at MAGFest office, additional info requested.

Outside Point of Contact - Paige

• Update sent through email.
• felt that I needed some clarity with the Itch situation, so I met with Nick and Joel to work through options and what we can/cannot offer. I will be renegotiating with Itch in the coming week and hope to have things finalized by the next meeting.
