• How did we get here?
  • Last year Chaney got really involved, but does not have the capacity to take it on this year
  • At MAGCon, tried to figure out how to bring people and things back. Quickly realized we still need point people to keep creativity on track.
  • Amanda - point person who facilitates finding someone to enact the big dream plans and be the final yes/no?
• Stage crew is already dedicated to having set up and tear down shifts
• Point person needs to:
  • have eyes on budget request
  • make sure the proper shifts are available
  • empowered authority to say yes/no on things
• Alyssa can figure out limitations for main theater. Sees their role as being in the creative realm and figuring out what is logistically possible - in terms of creativity vs. manpower. Liaison marrying the event to the location.
• Lauren has more capacity before the event vs. at the event
• Come up with grand vision or plan and then present it to Rebecca for final approval
• Can use broad stroke ideas like “Cartoon Heaven” but not specific IP like Steven Universe
• 4,500 person capacity for the room
  • anticipate hitting this and having a crowd outside
• There will be a line forming at dinner break
• People tend to sit down during Triforce Quartet
  • Will pictures during this set be a problem?
  • It’s part of the territory. They know they’re playing for Rebecca Sugar. It’s also loud in that room already.
• Can we have a table over by the photo booth with crafts for people who are chilling/waiting?
• Do we need a sign?
  • Maybe one outside the hall
• During changeovers, can we make announcements?
  • More likely to be one between Gunderslam and Triforce than between Triforce and Rebecca
• There’s the built in stage to the left, elevated behind a curtain. Previously Dac did a bit about being announcers. It’s the opposite side of the room, but we could maybe ask for a mic and a light to go over there so we’re not interfering with the stage turnover
• Could we utilize the empty tables outside of the hall? Alyssa would need to talk to Consec. We could let people grab their own craft materials and take it with them to the line.
• Jo’s brain predicts this will be a line that is steadily moving. People will go inside and do the flag craft. If it stops, we could run the bedazzle stuff out
