- Nate has been catching up with Dac. Fangamer is not interested because they don’t think it’s going to be profitable, but gave Dac a bunch of advice. It is on Dac’s sprint to produce in house, but going to revisit on the art. He’s going to meet with Katie about art. The difficulty will be figuring out size and quantities. We do have numbers for junior badges sold last year and this year.

- If we’re making them an evergreen design, half seems fine. The question is more the sizes.

- Casey shared the initial draft, but has not had time to go back and review yet.
- Goal for use is in the newsletter and some sort of email/social media blast in the month run up to the event
- If we have it by next week, Cralls can put it on the new website
- Early December would be another sweet spot to roll this out
- Wonder if there’s a 420 character of less version that’s maybe not even the details, but this gist of “if this applies to you, we have info on xyz. Click this link.”

- Updates for the book are that we are 90% complete. Just waiting for one coloring page (Bigma) to be done, TDLR kid schedule, and the signage to have the correct characters on them.

- Talking to Indies next week about college groups
- Talking to the school from last year next week
- Nate happy to help with programming
- Once Cralls confirms with Deb, wants to reach out to Code in the Schools and Dent Education (local youth makerspace)
