Merch check-in and inventory
- once ops is set up we tell them hours they can come check in their merch
- we count everything they give us and put it in a big spreadsheet
- drop off - Thursday 12-2
- we would like to add one more, 9-11? before meeting?
- wednesday dropoff at a quickplay table or jampod, and then we lock it in the security closet after inventorying it?
- we’re going to wait to add shifts until we see how many people are trying to sell merch
- is arcade commons trying to sell at our merch booth? this would drastically increase volume and space needed, but is doable!
Order of operations:
- checklist step closes 11/23
- we make a google form or email, ask people what they’re bringing in what quantities, they can change qtys but it would be helpful if they did not change items!
- can we have a form together by next week 11/10
- they get us an estimate with the form by… 12/6? need to know items, qtys can be estimates
- onsite we check them in, inventory it, and add to spreadsheet
- roll and rubber band shirts if needed
- at checkout we inventory with them, return leftovers, and they sign a form saying we didn’t cheat them
- mag pays them a month or two later
