*Agenda:

MagCon - in 3 weeks. training for mental health and harasment.

Judging - Going well.  averaging same judging amounts as last year due to dropouts.  Judging closes tonight, some wiggle room to help out, but shut down and closed by Tuesday at latest.  good blend of alumni and alumni, so prior policy for handling that.  Thanks to Jesse for handling emails to broken links.  One game used audio from mario kart.  Reached out to ask them to remove that, will reach out again.  On schedule to send out acceptances.

MAGChampion - Still looking for someone to lead this

Confluence -  Subdepartments have pages at https://docs.magfest.net/display/MIVS/ - please update with things you learn so we can train up others easier next year, or help ourselves. Look out for future you!

• 1st draft of our volunteer schedule.
• talks for security on Wednesday.
• may need to add a slot for tournaments to the schedule

Homebrew - Nick

• Had initial meeting with Megacat on Tuesday They need: wanted to double check and see if they can vend stuff in their area, best to handle as an indie with the rest of our indies.  They wanted to do tournaments this year, they're providing prizes.
• They're interested in signage.
• A landing page for homebrew on the page.
• Epicade - wondering if he can have magfest in the game.

Outside Point of Contact - Paige

• No changes as of yet. Waiting for no info.  MAGCon will be a great help to coordinate.
• we're starting with 65 teams.  Will pull off the waitlist if we have more space.
