Layout purchases refund:

Signage:

• Where were Jacob's signs?
• Where were the easels, who do we contact about that?
• Who do we ask to store our signs?

Can we make Layout into Layout and Atmosphere?

Can we get rid of the extra Layout tab?

More handling of tasks by Layout personnel and less by others outside of layout.

Need to make clearer definitions for heads of Indie Arcade and Homebrew.

Should we have a 24-Hour section?

Good points mentioned:

• Maybe grew too fast from previous years. Some Several Many people are commenting that there are too many games.
• Nate's idea for a stretch for ops.
• Merch line definitely hurt the visibility of games.
• Be prepared to do floor lines ourselves.

• Request goes through department head checklist with storage locker, trashcans, etc. Can tell department heads what is needed Sept/Oct time.

24-Hour Section: Definitely getting more popular,can toy with the idea for 2020.

What was amazing about MAGFest this year?

• Tons of traffic, and not just people walking through, but staying and playing the games.

What should we allow for games?

Games that we can judge, others maybe pushed to indie arcade.

Want to talk to Ashley about advertising for indies more.

Starting earlier is definitely something that could help us.

Being between arcade and marketplace does cut down on noise.

Maybe develop a better distinction between MIVS, Indie Arcade, and Homebrew.

Also have several mock indie applications for testing.

We tried a lot of new things this year and we are still working out the details: App, number of games, tournaments, obelisk, etc.

I also like the idea of collaborating Atmosphere with awards.

Get gloves for MAGFest work.

Indies with backdrops, banners, VR, etc. can be indicated in application. Maybe assign games with big backdrops to air-walls.

Secure the obelisk.
