• Hotel offering discussion * drop outs get xfer'd to new indie
• hot load: 5
• 2 devs up to show, plus 1 on site
• one side says hotel offering to hot load is nice incentive
• other side is we are being taken advantage of / this is getting complicated

• Decision: no offering hotels to waitlist

Covid Policy Update
