- like shared booth, proximity, etc
- kat was good for cover
- more docs on what to worry about/not worry about
To improve:
- staff suite food issues with indie arcade/indie games
- less wall between the spaces, more friendship
Socks:
Kat:
- liked the super booth
- agrees about the projector wall
- doesnt know how to fix projectors
- name thing? indie arcade was handed off to them, they will rename
- jam pod was good/nice
- liked combined tourney space
Joel:
- more disney DJs
- obelisk
- palettes / cube storage improvements
Jesse:
- shared booth was nice
- ops was big
- liked IA hats to easily find them
- liked Blake on the overnight
- liked off hours jam pods
- shared food run for MIVS/IA would be good
- where are those screws?
- better advertise IA games on projectors
- nobody complained about how bad the wifi was
- and how it got better? once they put an AP in ops. start with that next year
Obelisk: how can we make it more dangerous?
- Socks will steal it in march and make it better
- remove mesh, make playable, bolts to make sturdy/"safe"
- 4 neo led strips and breadboard jank
- decibal monitor into obelisk
- ideally still packs down small for storage

- put all indie arcade shifts into MIVS
- and hotels into MIVS?
- distinct checklists
- they are looking for overlapping / shared shifts
- tuber combined so we only have one pickup for all of us (IA/MIVS)
- concern about hotel budget if combined?
- kat will talk to faith about it
- socks is most concerned about being combined on site for the event
- reggie to use restricted roles to segment the shifts
