• Hotel requests pending— should be in soon
• C is probably open 24 hours again this year, shifts exist, potential that MIVS is helping us in that window especially

Curation:

• Gave RJD a deadline of Friday for a list of what they’re bringing— might not be signing contract if the manifest is too small

Layout:

• postmortem with Jesse after the event about a more successful asynchronous layout design process going forward- less iterative / reduce of MIVS layout changes on IA layout.
• we still have extra space this year, so we can source more fun content
