Staff Feedback

• Pins didn't get the adoption expected. Probably did not know it was available and pin maker way more popular than expected
• Too much on scavenger hunt and not well defined to get a prize
  • Maybe make it geographically?
  • Better messaging to attendees and staff
  • Breaking into sections like Casey's playing, making, watching
• Everything was late!
  • Needs better and earlier advertising both external and internal

• This might be the year that we have a more regular streaming presence, if there’s something relevant we could do

• Science and art: you fail a WHOLE LOT and eventually figure out something really smart.

  • Add an opt-in checkbox for panelists - pre-warned they will be tagged
    • Music is telling performers it's PG-15 and if they'll have explicit content, it's later and MAGtv can be warned
