• Action item review
  • Nate or Lauren: PSA post in department heads that we made a thing they can use next Super (the content guidelines) and we’re available for questions
    • Sent, and we’re getting responses, some in thread, some promises of future docs
  • Nate: Reach out to Arcade re: “start here” list
    • They’re super down for this!
  • Nate: Reach out to Deb about patch budget
    • We have the greenlight
  • Bluehat Dave: Reach out to Consoles, Tabletop, and Charity re: “start here” list
    • TT is down to write a kid-friendly list
    • Consoles was not as interested, their suggestion is kids walk the floor and look (fair) - could be prompted to do a 1-pager as well
    • Charity is pending a response from littlesteve
  • Sarah: not present, will update asynch in channel <3
    • Reaching out about making a 3D Junior model
    • Make a style brief for Junior / MAGScouts branding
    • Creating a couple of palette and typeface options for us to review and approve

  • We’re getting feedback from folks about things they think are MAGScouts-approved - what do we do with it?
    • Make a master spreadsheet of the STUFF we’re getting
      • 1-page start here sheets - save in drive, put in guidebook
      • guidebook tags will be guidebook tags
      • the “weird ones” - physical things, music things - we should just keep a running list
    • Should we assign folks/have folks claim depts to keep an eye on to make sure we don’t let anyone fall thru the cracks that wants to help

  • We should have the webpage updated with info about what we’re providing SUPER 2024 and maybe a lil newsletter blurb by reg launch

    • breakout best if people can actually make the time
