• Magtv slide -
  • we promised magtv 1 slide
  • Sarah and Lauren to build slide, Nate to help with copy
  • what format do we need?
    • google slide, pptx, png or jpg
    • can be animated

  • Bunch of big juniors to hand out to departments to indicate where something magscouts-y can be done or picked up (activity sheets, 1-page quickstarts, etc etc)
    • 12x18s or 8x11 coroplasts
    • big junior picture and qr code to website
      • no text means we can reuse it better :D
      • we can always stick a better qr code on em later
• Accessibility
  • Do we bring Accessibility to the attention of Scouts and Scout-adjacent?
    • Brandon suggests we do it by request
      • pre-event: point to /accessibility or accessibility email
      • at-event: point to info desk and info desk will direct
  • Accessibility is available as a registration point for those who need the assist (kids who have neurodivergent issues and can’t stand in line for extended periods, etc.)

    • we should link the accessibility dept on the website / our faq
• Dept Followups -
  • Start harassing folks that have promised us content! See if they need help, make sure they are on track to deliver these deliverables
  • MAGTV - appropriate content for early mornings
    • Once Panels is set with their choices, we should point MAGTV to the panels spreadsheet in uber and pull content from Panels 1 that is magscouts tagged.
  • Guidebook:
    • Sanity check - how do we request something gets tagged in guidebook (if the dept didn’t do it in the initial submission).
      • just like any guidebook change, request the tag get added.
• Next meeting
  • Tuesday Nov 28th 7pm EST work jam
    • every 2 weeks - alternate structured meeting and co-work catchup
