Takeaways:
- We should keep doing this (MAGScouts in general)
- Guidebook tags - need to figure out a better way to make this work for us
- Add a final checklist to our process in December pre-event since we’re mostly coasting by then
- idea to add a drop dead date - if it’s not done by then, let it go
- We want to keep the MAGScouts track, but we want the content warning to be exclusive filters, not inclusive filters in Guidebook
- Include Arcade MAGChicken? As prize for scavenger hunt?
- When we go to departments for next year, let’s prompt them then - How did it go for you? Anything you want to do differently?
- As we start planning now during the summer - How did it go? Anything you want to do differently? How can we support?
- Could we add this to the staff feedback form in the DH section?
- Think about time commitment for activities
- D
- Makerspace was a little repetitive and kids like to visit the same area REPETITIVELY. Could we maybe help them coordinate with other departments to link activities or give ideas?
- Encourage depts with activities (makerspace, jamclinic, etc) to have a wider variety of stuff - the kids that come to your area will come many many times (more workshops etc)
- Parents were asking about meet up options for 2 years now. How can we help make that happen for attendees, but not make that icky and hard?
- Arcade open swim and cosplay younglings both did kid-focused things fine. Do we get a panel room?
- Miss Rachel cult meeting?
- Bluey cult meeting?
- Nate believe all blue pupper are the same and has no taste
- Nanalan cult meeting?
- Advanced advertising and programming….
- Still lacking a cohesive feeling and understanding of what Scouts is
- let’s just keep adding to what we’re doing??
