• Guy who plays Mario/Pokemon with real instruments as controllers reached out to Dak, are we the right home for this?
  • Is it a game? It’s an alt controller, but not an alt ctrl game.
  • We could partner with a jam space if its not right for us?
  • We’d rather it go thru submissions, if its circumventing that we should have a bigger convo
• Nate needs to fix the mailing list with Spriggs (aka get it migrated to HubSpot…)
• We need to find a solution to the dev rooms out of block before our acceptance messages are going out.
  • Lauren - spoke to the office about potential to put our rooms out of block into pre-lottery instead?
  • We need to put IA devs in the gaylord specifically because of 24/7 maintenance concerns and the physical hardware they need to bring with them

Curation:

• Rubric is set, Matt has talked to a handful of volunteers interested in being involved in the judging process - Matt set to post an official ask in the Discord and Slack
• Form is up, we have 12 responses, about on pace with last year, we should keep posting on Social Media
  • Need to do outreach to Parsons, NYU, other schools
  • Maybe find some online sources that aren’t twitter (reddit? bluesky? who knows)

Finance

• If Erin resubmits the Hat, we need to talk to Em and Deb about AV budget again this year, establish if that timeline affects our curation timeline
• Need to finish talking to Mark Murnane and set what we’re buying for Giffinator

Guests

• Robin is set to attend, working out shipping with Guests
  • Guests has ideas for where we can send it after MAG (museums, etc)
  • Next step is to see what Guests needs from us, if any
