• Teams are asking for >2 badges again
  • We’re taking a harder organizational stance this year, 2 badges, we can get you the group discount for additional badges
  • Exception - erin’s big hat, requires 2 people hands-on to run it at all times. More badges (her students) means more uptime.
• Waitlist- at our max rooms, MIVS will know how many rooms on their list are being used and can release us some by Thanksgiving

Finance

• Paying for Chris Meyers truck and stipend, Arcades will cover his room
• We do not have money for an additional NYU truck

Layout

• Merch/Fangamer officially gone, replaced with the techops storage CUBE
• Allocating more space to retro, considering shrinking the ops booth
• Onboarding our folks to do the IA-internal bit
• Potentially a more dynamic boundary between us and MIVS and retro, to maximize games
