• Hotel rooms are gone so we have our final counts! We could bring more but they can’t have hotel rooms anymore
• We want to send a formal reject to the remaining waitlist
  • maybe pull a couple conditional accepts who don’t need hotels
• Retro - has some devs who would love to be in the later run of the hotel lottery -
  • hotels team did not respond to us until the deadline passed, and now Colette is saying its too late.
    • can we get the retro devs into discord to roomshare hopefully
• Panel -

    • moving forward with people who are both devs and involved in larger orgs
