  • Murnane asked if we had any existing games or content that would do well on the various screens
  • LED curtain is rentable. Not cheap, so we’d have to justify it. This would be a commission.
    • would like to know the input on a technology level
    • do the fact finding and start the commission process this year for 2028 unless it’s so stupid simple we could make it for for ‘27

• New things about 2027 cycle

  • Meetings no longer count as out of event hours
