  • interested in helping out, but needs to know time commitments asap because teaching.
  • wanted to know if could pull in more people
    • Action: Touch base w/ Flan that fast tracking is not really an option for this year
  • Matt & Flan having a follow up meeting in the next couple of weeks to talk about curation and that process
    • we should invite whoever is doing MIVS curation and also the retro folx

  • It is a gaming co-op that started as a school project that is now a more legit gaming co-op
  • Been doing a bunch of small scale curated events with themes where they run the logistics and what not. This feeds into Quickplay and rotating contractor area discussion.
  • Outdoor games is becoming more of a focus of the group. Meet at a park and play a bunch of indie field games.
  • If we could get the badges, they would handle their own housing etc. and want to show things off. Maybe a panel playing games.
    • This may fit in Arena. Talk to Deast and Nate Swan
  • Could we pilot rotating contractor program with this this year?
