- Launch status
- waiting on Raven to update the emails when games are registered
- Close date
- can we move it a week earlier so that it doesn’t close on a holiday weekend? had negative feedback from devs in MIVS last year.
- Friday before was proposed
- this would not solve the problem of no volunteer staff available to take next steps because holiday
- one week earlier would be too short. are we setting up our outreach team to fail?
- if we keep it through the end of the month, we need to extend past Labor Day
- decided on 11:59pm Tuesday Sept 2 close. will communicate to get builds in early.

- ok to shadow for a year and document as we go. jobs will pop up as we go.

- it is more people assigned than we’ve ever done in MIVS, but don’t want to quell enthusiasm and possible some people may not be able to commit as much as others once they start going
