NOTES:

SCHEDULE (Sean)

• Sean is building the schedule
• Reached out to MAGOffice to see status of Uber system for 2018
• August 20th, proposed start.
• Last year was compressed, allow more time for judges
• Put more time for Judging and preflight
• Joel: Ask code about assigning judges for preflight.
• Joel: Ask code about Grace Period, make sure it works.
• Shave buffer time from between round 1 judging end and round 2 - if a technical problem happens, then we can always add someone into round 2 later.

NAME CHANGES AND ROLES:

• Both sent out to MIVS List.
• No objections, both are active as of.... Now!
• After much debate, we're using Kommander with a K

• I can't talk and take notes!
