Awesomecon update - Lexi, Marc, Jessie, Nate   Value was Added and the brand was grown. MIVS Terminal shown, 16 indies attendees.  Good feedback received. Good exposure rate for indies. Looking to do again for next year.

Magwest - indie showcase   Magwest a work in progress. unsure if it will be branded MIVS or not. Can you make Magwest? Email Tronster to see if our department can help out.

Indie Arcade - Sean Sean will be handling IA due to the amazing job of the logisitics with it last year

Indie Console - Tronster Indies - Tronster Looking to combine these together to handle just homebrew section.

Non-Indie Groups - Paige

• Was hard to get other groups in.  May consider defuncting based on interest.  Leave 2 booths open in case interest materializes.

Layout - Lexi

Press - Nichole  - Better connecting volunteers with indies at the show itself instead of before show.

• Website and things that go out such as reddit posts, etc. Considering adding magfest Vs. tasks to this subdept.

Tournaments - Kotey

• needs volunteers to help with scheduling. Interested in using MIVS terminal to show more.
