    • checking in with devs about making a demo game

    • accelerating jam go live to match up with alt.ctrl jam at WV
      • jam will still be live at mag, completed games will be shown, and kits will be sold at cost, maybe a makespace panel to help them all make the controller?

• Nate - schedule meeting with Blueberry, Lauren, Flan/Frank about making sure we outline our merch plan sustainably

• Matt - stay on schedule with Jam, get Socks a part list
• Socks - invite Retro to heads 8/26 to make sure they’re all set for go-live 9/4
