    • Every booth had pipe and drape. Some had both sides and some also had a back.
      • Was a good way to define space. Also some feedback from more secluded devs that they enjoyed being a little more separated and intimate for conversations
        • This is very cost prohibitive
    • Had QR codes that linked to games on their Steam event page

    • This will have him oversee everything in the expo area which will be great for swift and accurate info across departments
  • SwampGoblin Stamp Collab?
    • Tyler spoke with them at SAAM Arcade. They plan to do their stamp thing again, but are not willing to make stamps for others
    • Kat: We should reach out and see what’s involved to see what’s feasible
    • Do we have our own MIVS sized something?

        • This would be A LOT of Mpoints because there’s a die hard group. Kotey would advise against unless we make it more difficult to attain

  • What to do during this time?
    • Great time to start brainstorming and workshopping not just what we want to do this year, but start laying foundation for future projects, especially since we now know we’re not responsible for Homebrew and have that budget to work with
  • Anyone still using staff crash space instead of buyouts?
    • Seems like it!
    • Kat just put in a request for a staff suite
      • main goal is to focus on integrating on-site staff into our hangouts
      • wants to plan a Family Night with bad movie
  • Marc saw the Iron Meat devs at Otakon and it made him want to bring this up. What makes a publisher? They say they’re not, but…..
    • What’s our vibe? Do we want more indie indie or more polished indie that may have a publisher or a larger umbrella company
