  • Overnight security - Keep 1 hour? Move to 2? Only 2 for leads?
    • John liked the 1 hour. Makes it more bearable.
    • Travis - also likes the 1 hour. does make it annoying if wants to take longer chunks. there have been times when no repeat staff have been around, so that reduces the time that there’s not knowledgeable people.
    • Consensus: Stick with 1 hour shifts
