• Judges are marking games “could be played, but not judged” or “unplayable” when getting stuck.
• We will look at how judging numbers are shaking out going into next weekend and talk about possibly extending judging
• Above the Snow - Jake is taking key LC98F-JJ80B- and emailing it to Aaron to replace his key that does not work

• Website is switching to Wordpress soon. Hopefully this won’t impact us too much.

• New in the hall this year is a game gallery - like an art exhibit, but with games around a theme or picked by a special curator.
