Quick Guide: What Pre-Registrants Need to Know About MAGWest Pre-Registration Purchases

1. Pre-Registration Only – This form is for pre-registering interested patrons. It does not guarantee entry without proper event check-in.

2. Non-Refundable – All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.

3. Non-Transferable – Pre-registration purchases cannot be transferred to other MAG events.

4. How to Register – Patrons can pre-register by scanning the QR code or visiting the link provided on Linktree, the MAGWest website, or other promotional resources and materials.

5. Accepted Payments – Payments can only be made electronically through the Givebutter page via:

   • Google Pay

   • Credit Card

   • Venmo

   • PayPal

   • ACH (Bank Transfer)

     Cash and checks are NOT accepted at this time.

6. Promo Codes for Pre-Registered Patrons – Those who pre-register through Givebutter will receive promo codes via email before main registration goes live on www.magwest.org.

7. Transition to Main Registration – Once main registration opens, pre-registration will close. The Givebutter page will be updated to direct users to the main registration site, which will be hosted on www.magwest.org by default.

Make sure patrons understand these terms before completing their pre-registration! Main registration is anticipated to launch in the late spring/early summer on the main website www.magwest.org .
