Shift Resources
Accessibility works during the off-season to coordinate with other departments, attendees, and anyone else requiring assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our event for all. This includes, but is not limited to, providing inter-departmental guidance and ensuring there is proper signage for elevators and for all-gender bathrooms.

ADA Walkthroughs (Day 0) On Day 0, Accessibility provides an in-person review of any publicly or staff used spaces (that require to ensure that post-setup is still ADA compliant (preferably beyond).
Free Medical & Accessibility Supplies (FLARE Hours)
Hygiene, safety, and OTC medical supplies that help to ensure the health and wellbeing of all at MAGWest are located in Event Safety/Accessibility. Earplugs are also available at the Main Stage.
Quiet & Grounding Activities (Accessibility & Tea Room Hours)
Even at MAGWest, people can become overwhelmed. There will be quiet grounding activities available at both the Accessibility Desk for attendees, and in the Tea Room for staff.
Mobility Aid & Stool Loans (Accessibility Hours)
A limited number of canes, stools, and stool canes will be available for loan upon request at the Accessibility Desk. A badge is required to check these out.
Hotliner Services/Assistance By Request (All Event)
Anything that is not mentioned here can be requested at the Accessibility Desk or through Hotliner during MAGWest. While we cannot guarantee accommodation, we will always do our best to provide and assist!
