BADGES

• The deadline for creating contractor badges in Uber is the same as the deadline for Staff badge claim
• If your department handled comped badges, refunds for attendees who have purchased their own badges are handled via a spreadsheet available from registration

HOTELS

• There is a spreadsheet available from the Hotels team to reserve a number of self-paid and mag paid rooms, available typically in ~September
• If your department reserves self-paid rooms, you will receive a booking link to share with attendees from the hotels team
• If your department has rooms that are paid for by MAGFest, there is a spreadsheet from the Hotels team to enter information for people staying in the room / nights / etc
