When you create a Notion page for your department, feel free to use this page as a template. This is the type of top-level information you should be providing for other staffers, or for volunteers who might be interested in working with you!

• Name of Department and Function/Purpose

  • What does this department do? What kind of programming or services do you provide?

• Contact Info

  • Department Heads (names or handles)
  • How would you get in contact with this team via email? on Slack?
  • Is there a public Slack channel someone could join if they were interested in more info?
  • Do you have a Discord channel in our discord or do you operate elsewhere?
  • How do you coordinate yourselves? Are there regular meetings?

• Other important info

  • Where is your department in the event (location-wise)?
  • Do you run 24-hours?
  • Are there specific skills that someone might need in order to join your department?
