The purpose of the Finance Task Force is to assist and advise the Board of Directors in discharging decisions related to fiduciary duties. This includes approving the annual budget of MAGFest Incorporated, periodically reviewing its cash reserves and expenditures, and making recommendations about its financial affairs and policies.
