1. The Hospitality Suite is not a party space. It’s purpose is to provide our Guests a space to network and unwind without having to be secluded in their own rooms alone.
    1. All present in the suite must be mindful of their noise level and general rowdiness.
    2. Some mild shenanigans are okay, please use best judgement
  2. Only those with Guest badges or Guest Department staffers/volunteers are to be permitted in the suite
    1. Exceptions:
      1. Someone accompanied by a Guest (the Guest is responsible for their guest’s actions while in the suite)
      2. Someone cleared by a DH/Manager On Duty
  3. The suite is not a hang out location for Guest staffers/volunteers that are not on duty
    1. If the room is too crowded, the Shift Lead has the right to ask extraneous staffers/volunteers to leave the suite
    2. If you are in the suite, regardless of if you’re on shift or not, you should be prepared to help out.
  4. We will have some nut products in sealed portion packages. Please direct anyone partaking in these products to refrain from opening the packaging until outside of the suite to allow the space to be accessible to those with allergies.
  5. The suite must be kept tidy at all times.
    1. Surfaces should be wiped down at least once per shift
