The Volunteer Checklist has moved for Supe r 2027! It is now a part of your MAGFest ID and associated with your registration for each event. Here’s the step-by-step for how to access your checklist:

  1. Visit the site for whichever event you are attending.

  2. Click “Log in with MAGFest ID”:

  3. Sign in with whichever email you chose to register with. Most volunteers will be using the “Continue with Google” option or the “Email and Password” option. Staff with magfest.org email addresses will use the “Continue with MAGFest Workspace” option.

  4. Once you are signed in, visit your homepage. You will see a link to your Volunteer Checklist under your registration. If you have more than one registration associated with your MAG ID, please ensure you’re using the correct one.

  5. You’ll be taken to your Volunteer Checklist.

    1. Your checklist items may vary depending on your role and whether or not you used the Staff Lottery. If you think a step is missing from your checklist, please message [email protected] to ask!

    2. Some checklist items are locked until a certain date or stage of completion. We will send subsequent follow up emails to remind people to complete later steps, but you must complete the checklist in order after those steps are unlocked.
