It takes a lot to set up and tear down Super MAGFest and many hands make light work so read on to find out how you can help.

Super MAGFest runs from Thursday around noon until Sunday around 3pm. The Logistics Department operates from the Saturday before Super MAGFest until the Tuesday after Super MAGFest. There are a wide range of opportunities to join the team and lend a hand. Below you will find the breakdown of different areas for staffing and what you can expect to do in each role. General Info

• Make sure to wear safety toe shoes or boots. Dropping boxes or having a pallet jack roll on your foot is very painful.
• Dress warmly and in layers. Super MAGFest is in January and the WH and Gaylord docks can get cold, but you may also work up a sweat from pushing pallets, and lifting and stacking boxes and bins.
