Staff rooms are shared hotel accommodations available for eligible staffers. In order to be eligible, staffers must plan to complete at least 30 hours of work for MAGWest. Staff rooms are typically shared between four people and come with two queen beds.

Room Buyout Policy

Room buyouts occur when staffers request to purchase spaces in their MAGWest-assigned staff room. MAGWest will cover a portion of the room equivalent to the staffers. For example, if someone requests to have the bed to themselves, then MAGFest covers 75% of the room cost while the staffer covers 25% of the room cost.
