- come together with other indie teams to form voltron
- this is the mag corner about doing indie stuff

- canned blocks, followed by game play, and dev interviews
- MITS may skip this year
- MIVS may pull only alumni

- what levels of effort (website, videos, live stream, indie links)
- indie arcade was still going to do selection (even without streaming)
- submit trailers, be available to discuss on discord
- allow devs to participate at various levels of effort

- office would like to collect name/emails of participants to send badges/lanyards
- collect peoples: discord, physical address, pro-nouns, chose name, pateron, etc
- Deb will give us that info
- indie arcade form 2020: fwiw - here's our form from last year https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1XI8S77GGjZZpy8xbAvsRoeCjxsTc-babF2eiPVNBluM
- on intake, we should clarify the level of effort we are requesting from the developer.
- if accepted, commit to providing:
- how comfortable are you with: being featured on website, discussion
- Makerspace will pull in a few panels of content?
- Will fit in an educational block, MKS looking to fill smaller block
- tronster knows people who makes tabletop/boardgaming for panels etc. may reach out
- may be opportunties for including people that would not travel to MAG
- MAG Guest department wants to know about famous guests
- tronster is probono
- deb says small budget
- ask people if they are interested in short segment xyz. ok to start reaching out
- stream (matt stodel? -- mag broadcast overlord) can work with indie arcade
- west was 9am to 2am and it was LONG
- deb will greenlight the stream sharing
- will have to have a meeting to see what kind of stream hosting/changing is supported for MAGStream (E.g. mivs block to indie aracde block)
- would need to bring into broadcast demo
- swadge demos
- homebrew (james/lexi/nate) from megacat - reach out and see if interested
- challenges / leaderboards
- kotey could be invovled from the tournament wrangling (mivs, arcade, homebrew)
- prerecorded video content blocks for brain breaks
- deb/office suggests that we use mag official streams, but side streams are not forbidden
- Matt Stodel will serve as tech backbone
- makerspace has 3d printer stream
- methods of sharing stream
- discord rehosting
- magfest has a restreaming tech backend
- Dac is heading streaming structure and deb will schedule the meeting for when he's back
