Attendees: Andrew, Jesse, Joel, Jacob, John, Kat, Kotey, Lauren, Tyler
Briefly discussed the situation with Super not happening as an in person event. Potential virtual event depends on Telethon, office staffing, etc. Should have a decision in 2 weeks.

MIVS Online Ideas - Roundtable discussion of potential ideas:
Jesse:
- twitch stream mivsfit for the duration
- pics, videos, interview, dev info, social, etc
- intake form from google docs
Andrew:
- MIVS itch page/group
- include in live stream, canned stream, demo
- what do we require? must do live stream, live demo?
- itch has a lot of tooling now (donations?)
- how do we review friction of this transaction
- how do we easily refer viewers to the steam/itch page
- cascading plan of ambition: MVP, extension 1, extension 2, etc for our virtual event
- do we have a network of streamer partners that can do this work for us?
Jacob:
- what can be done via itch?
- MVP: mivsfit web page
- Pie in Sky: devolver
- we required playable version for both, maybe playable demo is fine requirement
- statement of putting a bad demo out to general audience vs show floor
- also reservations on allowing indies to host their own.
- mag staff would be in control of the demo
Joel:
- leaning on alumni for this year's event
- mivs all stars
- judging challenges
- 30%-50% of indies sell direct at the event
John:
- itch page is nice
- likes idea of static stream
- and a live stream page
- mini interview after
- also use discord for hosting the dev playing the game
- what is the quality of this re-streaming
- would need to pre-test our setup
- parsec - software to allow screensharing / couch-co-op remote
- twtich chat tools to direct devs to the sale page
Lauren:
- submission intake has dev interview
- last minute alumni would be easier
- some sort of playable stream
- or have the Dev play the game and discuss while friend / self plays it
- likes the idea of bundles
Kotey:
- have the dev call in and do the demo
- give them a slot, call dev and do it
- going to be network/upstream dependent
Tyler:
- VR chat based thing, but haven't seen output
- end of the month demo to BoD
- Amaze Space as a good example
- devs have the opportunity to create their own custom booth into virtual expo hall
- however the dev load seemed pretty high
- how are the resources of the vr chat handled?
- vr chat - node based unity scene
Social Outreach:
- What is our outreach?
- How do we get eyes on what we are doing?
- does mag proper give us eyes?
- MIVS staff can contact streamers to build that network
- what is our ask, when do we start building
- 30-50 concurrent would be killing it
How long could we support this endeavor?
- have auto channel run on its own for the duration
- value add channel: fri night/sat night live?
Discord:
- everyone is in that as a backup.
