If you have an issue with another person in the MAGFest community, we want you to have the appropriate avenue to address your concerns. It is important for folks to be able to bring up issues safely and have them addressed by the appropriate person/group.
If the issue is safety-related, and involves attendees, staffers, volunteers, or BoD members, **it is best to start with the Safe Committee, which you can reach via [email protected] or via Safe Committee Report (you have the opportunity to be anonymous). If a safety issue involves an employee, please contact MAGFest HR at [email protected].
If the issue is behavior-related - here, we define “behavior” as anything that is work-related as well as interpersonal issues such as personality conflicts or uncomfortable situations, please use the following table:
