“Eligible staff” is anyone who would be imported as staff for Super 2027, which is:

<aside> 💡 Anyone who staffed at Super 2025 but submitted a deferral request for Super 2026
</aside>
<aside> 💡 Anyone who earned staff status at Super 2026
</aside>
Staffers who are being fast-tracked for Super 2027 will not be eligible for this perk.
This is a list of hotel rates for Super 2027. Please look at the rates before committing to a reservation. Please note that Concept, Hospitality, and Presidential Suites in the Gaylord are not available through this process.
