This is an opportunity for MAGFest staff to reserve/pay for a hotel room before the general public is able to participate in the lottery. Please note this is a significant privilege.

“Eligible staff” is anyone who would be imported as staff for Super 2025, which is:
<aside> 💡 Anyone who staffed at Super 2024

<aside> 💡 Anyone who staffed at Super 2023 but submitted a deferral request for Super 2024
</aside>
<aside> 💡 Anyone who earned staff status at Super 2024
</aside>
Staffers who are being fast-tracked for Super 2025 will not be eligible for this perk.
This is a list of hotel rates for Super 2025 (will be updated as the Hotel team receives 2025 rates for various hotels). Please look at the rates before committing to a reservation. Please note that suites in the Gaylord are not available through this process. The rates are included on the linked sheet for departmental planning and budgeting purposes.
