You cannot login until the start of the event. (For Super 2024: You can login after 8am ET on Thursday, 1/18/24.)
To be eligible for the Staff Suite Ordering System, you must:
- Be scheduled for at least 12 weighted hours.
- Have at least one shift marked as “worked” in Uber.
- Be working during the majority of the meal period.
Anyone who is not automatically eligible can ask a Department Head to override their order and it will be fulfilled regardless of eligibility. (Click here to see more information about volunteer perks.)
- Upon login, you will see a list of the meals that you are automatically eligible to place orders for. If you do not see the meal time you are looking for click the link to “Show All Meals.”
- Click the “Create Order” button beside the meal you would like to place an order for (or, if you already have an order for that meal, you can choose “Edit Order”.)

- You will see a page showing your options for the meal you have chosen. Choose the Department you will be working in and what you like from the available choices, then click Submit. If you change your mind later, you can come back and edit the order up until 60 minutes before the meal time starts.
