Overview of MIVS 2023 Initiatives:

• Judging - judge import and outreach, pre-flight, judging assignments, cleanup, and compile results
• Volunteers - wrangle volunteers, create schedules, on site support
• Layouts sketchup, # booths, hall layout, homebrew, ops, power, trash.
• Tournaments - handles all MIVS (and IA) tourney and leaderboards over weekend: signup, scheduling, coordination with indies
• Quad Tournaments coordinate and liaison on single day decathlon for all gaming depts
• Handbook - MIVS policy, guidelines, culture, logistics, parking, covid
• Indie Outreach - outreach on social/email for intake
• Indie Reggie Emails - update and approve emails in uber/reggie
• Selling wrangle selling paperwork for indies/office
• Google Group - manage/email google group for accepted indies
• Discord - manage/post discord for accepted indies
• Hotel / Hot-Load / On-Deck - liaison / point of contact for waitlist indies
• Coordinator - coordinate collaborations between MIVS and other departments (e.g. Versus, VR, IA)
• Obelisk light up cubes and Ruxpin institute collaboration
• Awards pre-show bling and at show voting/tabulation
• MIVSFIT live info term for all things MIVS (and IA)
• Web manage updates for MIVS web
• Guidebook prepare MIVS indie information into guidebook
