Where can I get help?

Here's where to find Security, Staff Operations, and Attendee Services:

• Security is located in Camellia 3-4. You can contact them by calling or texting (833) FEST-SEC (833-337-8732), #super-security-questions on Slack, or [email protected].
• For general questions, go to the Attendee Services. The Info Desk is located across from the Ballroom level escalators in the ticketing desk. This is where you can get answers to general MAGFest questions such as panel times, location directions, etc. You can message them at #super-infodesk on Slack!
• For volunteering questions please go to Staff Operations in Azalea 2. You can also contact STOPS on Slack in #super-stops or email [email protected].

Where is staffer food?

Download the coordinates to the Staff Suite, Tea Room, and Galaxy Cafe:

Staff Suite: Staffers and volunteers who have completed at least one shift (and are signed up for more than 12 hours) can visit Staff Suite in room 5211 for meals and drinks.

You can also visit MAGMart for grab-and-go options in room 2058, on the same level as the gazebo. You can find more detailed information about dietary needs down below:

Tea Room: Hot drinks, beautiful views, and snacks are available in our tranquil staff tea room, located in the Presidential Boardroom.

Galaxy Cafe:

Located underneath the Maryland Ballroom. Go through the employee-only doors at the back of the Chesapeake rooms, follow the hall all the way to the left, and go down a flight of stairs.

The Gaylord allows us to access their staff cafe at our own rate - just show your Staff Badge to be charged the appropriate price. These prices do change year to year. Last updated Jan. 2026

Where do I get my volunteer pack? When is staff/volunteer registration?

Pick up your shirt, schedule, map, and more:

During the hours of Wednesday 6 PM - 12 AM, please visit Registration in Expo Hall E to pick up your staff/volunteer badge, staff t-shirt, schedule, and map.

Otherwise, the materials will be available for pick up anytime at STOPS in Azalea 2.
