Agenda:

• What does appropriate for magscouts mean?

Form question: “Would you like your panel/content to be marked as “MAGScouts-approved?” This means the content and presentation will be appropriate for all ages.”

• This goes after the content warnings! MAGScouts approved is a subset of all ages, not a synonym

Guidelines for panelists: If panels wants help, write guidelines on how to be appropriate during your daytime panels

We need a disclaimer on the whole idea - “This stuff is approved, but there is other great stuff”

Content specifically aimed at kids

Panel submitting process example:

I’m submitting, get to the content section

Defaults as all ages, has checkboxes for other content warnings

I select those, I’m no longer all ages.

How does this system apply to non-panel content? Tabletop, etc

• I think its case-by-case - Arcades, Consoles, etc we can talk to but it might just be pointing people to the dept in general. TTRPGs, concerts, etc, things with times, we might want to have that dept think about and highlight certain content/times that are MAGScouts approved
